Evidence-Based Prevention and Intervention Focused Groups designed and implemented based on specific population’s needs for Children/Adolescents/Parents/Caregivers/Teachers.

Prevention and Intervention Focused Groups already designed and implemented by our specialists to help children and adolescents cope with a range of challenges:

• Picnic of Emotions (Age groups: 2.5-4, 4-6, 6-8 years; 8 sessions) and Picnic for Parents/Caregivers (Parent Training; optional 8 sessions)

• “Μπορώ” A psychoeducational program based on Mindfulness and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy  (Age groups: 9-11, 12-14; 12 sessions) and Parent Training based on Mindfulness and CBT (6 sessions)

• Resilience Group (Age groups: 8-10, 10-12, 12-15, 15-17 years)

• The Spartacle Program (bootcamp/orienteering program, for children, adolescents and parents/caregivers)

• “Tender Hug” Building Resilient Bonds between Mums, Dads & Babies

• Pink Elephant-A psychoeducational hands-on program targeting School Bullying (Children and Adolescents)
